ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements for system improvements and enhancements. Communicate with vendors for service tickets and new requirements. Performing day-to-day BAU applications and IT operations supportConducting System tests (ST), support User Acceptance tests (UAT). Understand the system or application, including its available modules and functions. Continuously test and explore current and new products. Present any unique findings to the supervisor and team leader. Prepare and provide test scenarios, test scripts, and a test plan. Prepare for the training tools and assist user training for internal and external users.
Deal with infrastructure and development teams for core system and related projects. Take care of the new and pending issues on the Request Tracking system. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or other related IT fields. Command of English Language. Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance / financial industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team. Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization. Basic knowledge of databases (MSSQL or MySQL).
Experience in application support, analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, maintenance, testing, and problem solving.
