We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join our regional retail team!JOB PURPOSEThe Data Analyst is responsible for collecting and storing data on sales, customer data, market research, logistics, linguistics, or other behaviors. He/she brings technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then processes, designs, and presents it in ways to help people, businesses, and the organization make better decisions. RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate and automate reports across departments like marketing, customer experience, trading, last mile, and finance. Collaborate closely with the media and merchandising teams to suggest modifications and optimizations.
Create organized reports for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis for the wider team. Identify and solve data problems and inconsistencies. Clean and formulate data for report template population. Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports. Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Document key metrics and additional performance indicators to aid in analysis and optimization. Gather data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Computer Sciences, or a related field. Two to four years of experience in analytics, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Advance Excel and working knowledge of Google Analytics or Facebook BM. Fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office.
