Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Center Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement curriculum, ensure high standards of care and education, and maintain effective communication with parents and staff. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment that promotes children's growth and development.
QualificationsStrong background in Education, including experience in curriculum developmentFluent in RussianExcellent Communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and childrenCustomer Service skills to address inquiries and concerns from parentsProven Educational Leadership experience to lead and manage staff effectivelyAbility to create a nurturing and supportive environment for childrenBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldExperience in managing early childhood programs is an advantage
