Trainee Regulatory Reporting Fund Administrator

Reports to Regulatory Reporting ManagerThe purpose of this position is to help our FATCA CRS Team with delivering our regulatory reporting services to clients and supporting the client facing teams with their day-to-day FATCA/CRS and other regulatory queries/updates and to become a subject matter expert on relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for standard FATCA/CRS and other regulatory queries raised by the client facing teamsEnsure the adherence of our standard procedures and processesRegistrations with the IRS and country specific portalsPrepare and submit FATCA and CRS reportingMaintenance of internal databasesSense-check and input of investor documentationSkills, knowledge, expertise:

Demonstrate 0 to 2 years of experience in the investment fund industrySound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported by the Aztec Academy)Computer literacy, word processing and spreadsheet skills are essentialExcellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contactsFluent in EnglishWe will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
