🚀 We’re Hiring: Azure Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps EngineerAt Shokworks, we build scalable digital solutions that power innovation worldwide. We’re looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) who can take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations, optimized deployments, and robust system performance across environments.🎯 About the RoleYou will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving cloud infrastructure on Azure. This role combines DevOps, infrastructure management, and operational excellence — ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our environments.You’ll collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to automate workflows, standardize environments, and streamline the delivery of applications and services.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, AKS, ACR, App Services, etc.).Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and performance optimization.Manage and secure infrastructure operations, including access controls, cost optimization, and resource governance.Collaborate with developers to enable DevOps best practices and ensure smooth, repeatable releases.Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis for infrastructure-related issues.Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.Ensure compliance with security and performance best practices across all environments.🧠 RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure and DevOps operations.Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management.Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).Experience implementing RBAC, Key Vaults, and Identity Management (Azure AD).Familiarity with automation for deployments, scaling, and patching.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.💡 Nice to HaveAzure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-305).Experience in multi-environment setups (dev/staging/prod).Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments.Knowledge of CI/CD for microservices architectures.🌍 What We Offer100% remote work with flexible hours.Collaborative, high-performance environment.Opportunities to innovate with cutting-edge technologies.Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential.🔗 Apply now HR@shokworks.io and be part of an innovative team that’s shaping the future!
