Ensures proper and accurate client account and pricing set up for billing, ebilling, collection arrangements, and inventory management of assigned client portfolios. Develops and maintain strong collaborative relationships with attorneys, clients and in-market teams throughout the full cycle of billing and collections and guarantees that client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas. ResponsibilitiesFully responsible in managing all billing and collection processes for assigned client portfolios.
Ensures proper and accurate client account and pricing set up for billing, ebilling, collection arrangements, and inventory management of assigned client portfoliosDraft, edit, finalize and send the Firm's client invoices in accordance with the Firm's Policy, standard billing processes and procedures, Partners' billing instructions and clients’ billing requirements. Communicate directly with clients in following up on collection of outstanding invoices. Concisely communicates with Billing Partners and clients resolving clients’ queries on billing and collections; provides clients with requested information on any billing and collection arrangements. Issue e-VAT certificate with accuracy.
