Position: Mechanical Design Engineer (Conceptual Design) [Job Description] You will be responsible for the conceptual design and layout studies for cutting-edge domains, such as the "e-Axle," the heart of next-generation EVs, and "sensor units" essential for autonomous driving.Specific Duties:Specification review and requirements definition in collaboration with the client's planning department.Layout studies for parts and units using 3D-CAD (CATIA V5).Proposing optimal shapes considering strength, thermal properties, and manufacturability (molds, assembly).Negotiation and coordination with CAE and production engineering teams.[Required Qualifications]Practical experience with CATIA V5, SolidWorks, or NX.Mechanical design experience in automobiles, auto parts, or industrial machinery.Experience collaborating and negotiating with other departments (e.g., analysis, production engineering).[Preferred Skills]Practical experience in "Conceptual Design," "Specification Review," or "Layout Study."Knowledge of molds (stamping/press, resin), welding, and assembly.Experience as a team leader or mentoring junior staff.2. 募集職種:CAE解析エンジニア[仕事内容] 「シミュレーション結果を設計にどう活かすか」を追求するポジションです。単なる結果報告ではなく、「なぜこの形状ではダメなのか」「どうすれば課題をクリアできるか」を考察し、設計部門に積極的に「提案」することがミッションです。具体的な業務:構造解析(強度、剛性、耐久、振動)熱流体解析(EVバッテリー、モーター、e-Axleの冷却)電磁界解析(JMAG等)、衝突解析(LS-DYNA等)解析結果の考察と、設計部門への改善提案・コンサルティング[応募資格]Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, JMAG, Fluent, STAR-CCM+ 等のCAEソフト実務経験または、CAEソフト経験は浅くとも、「実験・評価」部門での実務経験があり、材料力学・熱力学・流体力学の深い知見をお持ちの方[歓迎スキル]解析結果に基づき、設計部門へ**「具体的な改善提案」**を行った実績解析と実験(実機評価)の両方の経験物理現象への深い理解と、それを言語化できる論理的思考力2. Position: CAE Analysis Engineer [Job Description] This is a position focused on pursuing "how to apply simulation results to design." The mission is not just to report results, but to analyze "why this shape is problematic" and "how we can clear this challenge," and actively "propose" solutions to the design department.Specific Duties:Structural analysis (strength, rigidity, durability, vibration).Thermal-fluid analysis (cooling for EV batteries, motors, e-Axles).Electromagnetic field analysis (JMAG, etc.), crash analysis (LS-DYNA, etc.).Analysis of results and providing improvement proposals/consulting to the design department.[Required Qualifications]Practical experience with CAE software such as Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, JMAG, Fluent, STAR-CCM+, etc.Alternatively, those with limited CAE software experience but who have practical experience in "experimentation/evaluation" departments and deep knowledge of material mechanics, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics.[Preferred Skills]A track record of making "specific improvement proposals" to design departments based on analysis results.Experience in both analysis and experimentation (actual machine evaluation).Deep understanding of physical phenomena and the logical thinking ability to verbalize them.3. 募集職種:MBDエンジニア(制御・先行開発)[仕事内容] 自動車開発のV字プロセスの「最上流」を担います。MATLAB/Simulinkを駆使し、制御モデルの構築やシミュレーション環境(HILS/MILS)の構築を行い、開発プロセスそのものを変革します。具体的な業務:MATLAB/Simulinkを用いたプラントモデル、制御モデルの構築1D-CAE(GT-SUITE, AMESim等)によるシステムシミュレーションHILS/MILS環境の構築と、制御ロジックの検証クライアントへのMBDプロセス導入支援・コンサルティング[応募資格]MATLAB/Simulinkの使用実務経験制御工学に関する基礎知識(C言語の組込開発経験者も歓迎)[歓迎スキル ]HILS/MILS環境の構築または運用経験自動車のパワートレイン(エンジン、HV、EV)に関する知識制御開発のV字プロセスに関する理解3. Position: MBD Engineer (Control / Advanced Development) [Job Description] You will be responsible for the "uppermost stream" (front-end) of the automotive development V-process.
