That is something we are all immensely proud of.As an B2B Account Manager, you take ownership in developing current as well as new resellers and distribution partners/channels. You join a fast-paced business and work both actively towards the headquarter in Taiwan as well as with colleagues in and around DACH.With a well-established product portfolio, together with our commercial product manager and marketing manager, you plan and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve company targets. You will also conduct internal as well as external product and solutions trainings to established and new partners.In the role of B2B Account Manager, you are involved in a lot and have a very varied workday. A typical day would include customer relationship management, scour tender/project platforms (SIMAP), manage/own tenders from A to Z and stay on top of ASUS business program partner results. Furthermore, you proactively generate leads with cold calling, initiate campaign and pricing investments, study market competition data as well as planning and executing commercial campaigns in coordination with marketing and product management.The role will report to our Country Head located in Switzerland.Job Responsibilities • Drive commercial business growth in key accounts across German-speaking Switzerland and Austria, achieving targets for the ASUS commercial lineup.• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, identify new opportunities, and expand projects and reseller partnerships.• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers, buyers, business managers, and sales teams.• Manage strategic accounts, taking full ownership of all sales activities and results.• Execute marketing plans to ensure strong visibility and promotion of ASUS products within assigned accounts.• Present product roadmaps, provide training, and report sales performance to customers regularly.• Serve as a reliable single point of contact for all ASUS-related inquiries.• Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and drive company objectives.• Achieve quarterly sales targets while continuously developing business and personal growth.• Perform additional duties as assigned.About the TeamYou will be working closely with our Business Development Manager, product managers, and our marketing manager to make sure you have the best conditions to succeed.Qualifications and background• Documented successful key account or sales experience within B2B/B2C IT industry (3 years+).• Strong interest in the IT industry.• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent ideally in management, sales, business, marketing, or IT• Goals to develop and challenge yourself.• Strong knowledge within office 365 and Google Workspace• Proactive self-starter that can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflows systematically• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (Native) and English, (French would be a great advantage)• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player• Ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm• Collect, interpret, and/or analyse complex data and information• Up to 60% travel is requiredAbout ASUSASUS is a multinational company known for the world’s best motherboards, personal computers, monitors, graphics cards and other high-quality technology solutions.
