Something About UsWe develop innovative diagnostic technology for trichoscopy and 3D planning solutions for the hair restoration. Our clients are hair transplant clinics, dermatology practices and companies developing hair loss medication and cosmetics.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing Manager / Director who will take over the responsibility for our online marketing strategy and will lead our marketing team. Your mission is simple but challenging:Bring the right doctors and clinic owners from all over the world to our website & landing pages – and convert them into sales leadsYou will:Develop and execute a global B2B digital marketing strategy (focus: demand generation & demo bookings).Define and execute our social media strategy (mainly LinkedIn & Meta), including content planning, posting, and performance trackingPlan and optimize campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, webinars, landing pages).Take ownership of website & landing page performance, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Lead and further extend our marketing team (2 x marketing manager in-house + freelancers if needed).Work closely with Sales and Product to align campaigns with our niche (hair restoration / medical devices / SaaS).Track KPIs and budgetsWork SetupFirst 3 months: at least 3 days per week in our Warsaw office to undertand the prodcuts deeply.Afterwards: hibrid - flexible.Occasional travel to congresses / key events possible.What We’re Looking For (Key Skills & Experience)4 - 7+ years experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in MedTech, SaaS or other high-ticket B2B solutions.Strong track record in lead generation & performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting).Experience with funnel building and marketing automation (CRM, email workflows, lead nurturing).Ability to plan and execute international campaigns (English a must; additional languages are a plus).Hands-on, “figure it out” mindset: not just strategy, but also willingness to test, learn, iterate.Interest in / openness to learn the hair restoration & aesthetic medicine niche.Personal TraitsData-driven but pragmatic, you care about true sales leads, not vanity metrics.Proactive, curious, enjoys experimenting and learning.Comfortable working in a fast moving, innovative environment with growing products.
