Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist(B2B)Location: DHA Phase 5Experience: 3+ Years (US Market experience is preferred)Timing: 6 PM – 3 AMSalary: Up to Rs200,000.00 per monthJob Summary:We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced B2B Digital Marketing Strategist who understands the customer journey inside out. This role is ideal for someone who can plan and execute strategies across both organic and paid channels, generate high-quality leads, and build marketing funnels that convert. You will be responsible for mapping the customer journey, identifying touchpoints, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Experience working with international markets is mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (organic + paid)Map out the full customer journey and optimize it for lead generation and nurturingBuild multi-step funnels tailored for high-ticket and complex sales cyclesPlan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads focused on qualified leadsOversee content strategy with a focus on thought leadership, SEO, and conversionCoordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goalsAnalyze performance data, KPIs, and ROI to refine strategy regularlyOwn lead generation metrics and constantly improve CAC and CPLDevelop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeting key enterprise clientsManage CRM and lead nurturing workflows (email, retargeting, retentions)Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in marketing strategy and lead generationStrong understanding of customer psychology and decision-making journeyDeep experience in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content-driven growthKnowledge of CRMs, automation tools, analytics, and ad platformsAbility to write or direct persuasive copy for landing pages and campaignsStrong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance measurementExcellent communication and project management skillsHands-on experience marketing to an international audienceBackground in marketing for tech, SaaS, consulting, or service-based industriesPrior experience running marketing for a startup or growth-stage companyFamiliar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, ZapierBenefits:Fuel AllowanceHealth InsuranceMonthly Team DinnerAnnual Company Trip
