Join us to be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team pushing the boundaries of applied AI technology!What You Will Do At ParashiftAs Parashift’s Marketing Manager, you’ll take the helm of our marketing strategy, shaping how our cutting-edge AI-driven document automation platform reaches enterprises across Europe. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth by crafting compelling narratives, boosting brand visibility, and fueling our inbound sales pipeline in the fast-growing document processing automation market. You’ll work closely and directly with the Head of Sales, the CEO, Head of Customer Success and Head of Professional Services to tell our story and improve Parashift’s position as a leader in the market. Here’s what you’ll do:Lead and execute all marketing efforts: Oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities, from strategy to execution, including digital campaigns, content creation branding and overall storytelling. Drive inbound lead generation: Develop and implement measures to further increase our lead inflow channels through GEO/SEO and paid media. Spearhead press work and events: Boost Parashift’s visibility by securing media coverage, crafting press releases, and representing our brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our AI technology and thought leadership. Tell Parashift’s professional story: Communicate the value of our AI-based document automation platform, highlighting its simplicity, efficiency, compliance, and ability to streamline workflows for global enterprises. Share our culture and team spirit: Capture Parashift team moments and produce authentic content that showcases Parashift’s collaborative, innovative culture and team, resonating with clients, partners, and potential hires who value creativity and impact. Support Sales with outbound campaigns: Support the outbound sales team with email campaigns, webinars, and pitch materials, to engage mid-sized companies and accelerate deal closures in Europe. What You Bring To Parashift’s SuccessThe ideal candidate brings:B2B marketing experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS/software. Education: Bachelor’s in Economics or Information TechnologyAI/tech knowledge: Familiarity with AI and enterprise tech solutions. ERP/DMS insight: Understanding of ERP, DMS, and automation markets. Inbound expertise: Proven skills in SEO/GEO and content for lead generation. Press skills: Experience with media coverage and press releases. Event experience: Skilled in event participation and small event planning. Market expansion: Experience launching marketing in new markets. Communication: Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills. Fast learner: Quick to grasp concepts and adapt. Organized: Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable. Languages: Native German, fluent English; French a plus.
