About Us: We are Platinumlist - the leading ticketing platform in the MENA region. Since 2009, we've helped people find and book events across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait. We're based in Dubai and work with concerts, sports, attractions, and big brand shows - from local venues to major festivals.We already have a 20+ person marketing team covering design, video, CRM, social media, and ads. But now we're ready to take our B2B marketing to the next level — and we need someone to lead the way.Your Role: You'll be the person responsible for all things B2B marketing: lead generation, product campaigns, content, reporting, and internal coordination.This is a hands-on role. You'll be setting direction and executing — writing briefs, managing timelines, launching campaigns, and improving how we work.Key Responsibilities:Launch and manage lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etcCreate seasonal and product-based campaigns for ticketing solutions (attractions, sports, etc.)Build and update materials that help sales close deals faster (PDFs, decks, landing pages)Sync with the sales team weekly — what leads worked, what didn'tKeep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and organizedOwn B2B workflows in HubSpot — from lead forms to follow-upsSupport the sales team with lists, automations, and trackingMake sure everything connects smoothly — from ad click to sales callRun our LinkedIn presence — company page + helping team members post updatesKeep B2B pages up to date with products, case studies, and success storiesPublish B2B newsletters with fresh updates, wins, and product newsPlan content campaigns: "Why choose Platinumlist", "How we helped XYZ", "New feature drops", etcUse AI tools (like ChatGPT) for copy, content ideas, and reportingUse n8n or similar to automate ops: lead routing, notifications, etcBuild reports with the Data team to track what's working — and what's notCreate simple dashboards to show campaign → lead → revenueRequirementsYou have 2-3 years of B2B marketing or demand generation experienceYou're confident with HubSpot or a similar CRMYou've worked closely with sales teams and understand what makes a lead "qualified."You're organized and can manage content and campaigns from A to ZYou like figuring things out, improving processes, and using tools to make life easierYou write clearly and know what works in B2B (especially on LinkedIn)Bonus Points:Experience with events, SaaS, or CRM toolsYou've built flows in n8n, Zapier, or MakeYou know basic analytics (GA4, Looker, Data Studio, etc.)You enjoy async work and don't need to be micromanagedYou're a fan of good marketing and clean designBenefitsCreative Freedom: We value innovation and fresh ideas—no micromanagement, just results-driven creativityFast Decision-Making: Enjoy an agile work environment without corporate bureaucracyWork-Life Balance: Five-day work week (Monday-Friday)Access to the most exciting events in the region
