B2B Project Manager – Digital and Events

Are you passionate about creating exceptional projects and building connections?Join nextmedia, Australia’s leading specialist content company, and play a key role in delivering impactful projects for our B2B division for publications including iTnews and techpartner.news.The ideal candidate could have a background in video/podcast production, hybrid and live events and digital content.*This is not an IT project management role.As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for: End-to-End Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B projects such as paid content, webinars, reports, and live events tailored for the IT and business technology sector.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with teams (including sales, editorial, delegate relations, data and marketing) to define project goals, target audiences, and success metrics while ensuring seamless execution.Industry Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors to deliver seamless and engaging projects.Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage costs, timelines, and resources for each project or event. What We're Looking ForProven experience in a customer-facing project management or event management role, preferably in the technology or media sectorsStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including management, sales, business, and technology contactsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, sponsors, and vendorsA creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and innovationA collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering excellenceSponsorship options also available
