Someone who can set direction, build systems, and lead a lean, high-impact marketing team.As a senior contributor, you’ll bring structure, strategic insight, and technical expertise to complement and elevate the team’s efforts, backed by real-world experience of doing the work yourself. You’ve built marketing engines from scratch, you know what success looks like, and how to get there.You’ll collaborate closely with our Managing Director, and work with our in-house Marketing Specialist who focuses on execution, while closely collaborating Sales, Customer Success and Product. Your focus will be on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to our marketing efforts, while being ready to dive in when needed.Strategy & PlanningTranslate company and commercial priorities into a clear marketing roadmapIdentify and scope key initiatives that support sales, product, and brand objectivesEnsure marketing activities remain aligned with evolving business needsImprove the current systems to plan, prioritize, and track marketing initiativesPerformance MarketingDesign, set up, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn and Google (Ads)Recommend and test tactics for lead generation, conversion, and nurturingDefine KPIs and help translate data into actionable insights and decisionsMonitor results to refine budget allocation and campaign strategyMarketing OperationsStrengthen marketing workflows and automation using tools like HubSpotImprove data quality, attribution, and lead lifecycle trackingHelp maintain and improve our website (Webflow, Analytics)Build systems that save time and reduce manual workCoaching & CollaborationAct as a strategic mentor to the in-house B2B Marketing SpecialistProvide guidance, frameworks, and quality assurance on executionShare best practices, templates, and messaging approaches to accelerate team learningCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing delivers business valueRequirements5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in growth-stage or fast-moving environmentsStrong in both strategy and execution — you’ve set the direction and run the campaignsHands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and WebflowClear communicator who knows how to prioritize and align stakeholdersComfortable coaching others while being able to jump in and execute when neededPragmatic, data-driven, and focused on outcomesBenefitsA bright, modern office with fresh snacks delivered weekly and daily soup lunchesTruly great colleagues.
