Join Adventure Horizons Africa for a journey where every trip is an adventure waiting to be explored.Role DescriptionIdentify and engage high-potential B2B clients in corporate travel, tour operators, and experiential sectors.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.Develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to corporate and agency audiences.Craft proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.Represent Adventure Horizons at trade shows, virtual expos, and networking events.Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and business development opportunities.What We’re Looking For:Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in tourism with a focus on Eand Southern Africa.Strong network in corporate travel, tour operators, and agencies.Skilled in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and email marketing campaigns.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainable and adventure tourism.
