Title: B2B Sales DirectorType: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Floreasca Park, Promenada Area (Bucharest)Department: SalesAbout TP-LinkFounded in 1996, TP-Link is a global leader in networking products and accessories, present in over 160 countries and used by more than one billion people worldwide.We develop reliable, innovative solutions that connect homes and businesses everywhere – and we’re just getting started.We are now looking for a B2B Sales Director who can turn complex solutions into clear business outcomes and accelerate growth across the SMB & Enterprise segments together with a strong ecosystem of partners (VAD, VAR, SI).If you enjoy building strategy, inspiring partners, and opening new routes to market, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities• Apply and further develop the business strategy for products and solutions dedicated to the SMB/Enterprise segment, fully aligned with company objectives and KPIs.• Define and implement go-to-market strategies by vertical (key industries), with a strong focus on business development and market share growth.• Identify, build, and consolidate strong business relationships with strategic partners (VAD, VAR, SI), expanding the partner network relevant for each vertical.• Analyze industry specifics and propose tailored commercial and technical approaches based on the concrete needs of customers in each vertical.• Initiate and coordinate product presentations and technical workshops together with presales and support teams, adapting content to the realities of each industry.• Work closely with marketing to design and implement vertical-specific campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and portfolio positioning.• Plan and deliver commercial and technical trainings for partners, focused on real business scenarios and the tangible benefits of our solutions.• Ensure proactive support and communication throughout the entire sales and post-sales cycle, delivering a premium experience for partners and end customers.• Prepare customized offers and integrated solutions for industry-specific projects, optimized both technically and commercially.• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (product management, marketing, technical support, logistics) to secure smooth delivery and high-quality after-sales services.• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments, providing actionable insights and reports to adjust commercial strategy when needed.• Represent TP-Link at industry events (exhibitions, trade shows, vertical forums), strengthening our presence in the B2B ecosystem and deepening commercial relationships.• Lead, coach, and develop the B2B sales team: set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and drive performance and accountability.• Manage commercial budgets, pricing policies, and margins, in line with company strategy and profitability targets.Requirements• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT/ Enterprise Networking/Electronics or technology solutions.• Proven experience in a leadership/management role (sales leadership, KAM, channel management).• Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem (distributors, integrators, resellers) and solution-based selling.• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, including at C-level.• Strategic mindset, strong results and KPI orientation, combined with a hands-on, “lead by example” approach.• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).What We Offer• A strategic leadership role with direct impact on B2B/Enterprise growth and vertical development in Romania.• A professional, collaborative environment where your ideas are heard and implemented.• Competitive salary package and performance-based bonuses.• Access to trainings, certifications, and continuous development opportunities.• The chance to work on complex, high-visibility projects with major partners in the market.• Modern office in Floreasca Park / Promenada area, easy to reach and with great facilities nearby.• A culture that values initiative, ownership, and long-term partnerships.How to ApplyDon’t miss out on this opportunity to shape the future of TP-Link’s B2B business in Romania.TP-Link Romania is accepting applications for this role exclusively via LinkedIn.Please apply on LinkedIn, attaching your CV and answering the application questions in the form.
