Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct lead generation and prospect hunting in relevant B2B segments.Deliver product pitching and presentations to C-Level executives, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.Execute negotiations and deal closings with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.Manage the sales pipeline through CRM with high accuracy and prepare regular performance reports.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Client Success) to ensure smooth implementation of the AI Interviewer solution.Analyze sales data and develop insight-driven strategies.Represent the company at business events, demos, and networking activities.Quickly adapt to dynamic products, markets, and SOPs in the tech industry.RequirementsProven track record of achieving targets (target-driven) and accustomed to working with KPIs.Experienced in handling end-to-end B2B sales processes: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing → after-sales.Proficient in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.Strong business communication skills in ENGLISH (verbal & written).Capable of preparing well-structured business proposals and professional presentations.Possesses a growth mindset, adapts quickly, and demonstrates a strong ability to understand tech-based products.Highly disciplined, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta and flexible for client meetings, both online and onsite.Preferably has a professional network in HR Tech, SaaS, or AI-based companies.Tech-savvy and familiar with using AI tools to enhance productivity.
