Position: B2B Business Development SpecialistLocation: Mecidiyeköy, IstanbulAbout DentSpa ClinicDentSpa Clinic is a fast-growing player in global health tourism, working with international partners to deliver high-quality dental care to patients worldwide. Our multilingual B2B team is focused on building strong partnerships and opening new commercial channels in key markets.What You Will DoManage Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with current partner agencies and ensure smooth collaboration.Develop New Business: Identify, approach, and onboard new partners in target regions.Drive Performance: Track partner KPIs and implement strategies to increase patient referrals.Coordinate Communication: Act as a key point of contact between partners and internal departments.Represent the Brand: Attend international fairs, events, and congresses to grow DentSpa’s network.What We’re Looking ForStrong command of English — additional languages such as German, French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian are highly valued.Background in B2B partnership management (health tourism experience is a plus).Currently living in Istanbul and able to work from our Mecidiyeköy office.Confident communicator with negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.Comfortable representing the company in professional networking environments.What You’ll GetCompetitive salary plus performance bonus.Opportunity to work in the international health tourism sector.Diverse, multilingual work culture.Access to industry events and global networking.Employee discounts on all dental services.Multinet meal card allowance.
