We believe in balancing dedication to work with personal well-being, allowing team members to end their day with a clear mind, confident in their contributions and ready to put on their superhero capes the next day to tackle new challenges.About the RoleWe're looking for a remote B2B WordPress Designer & Developer to build WordPress websites across our multi-brand portfolio that immediately communicate professionalism and credibility.You'll create our digital presence from design through deployment—taking ideas and Figma designs and turning them into conversion-focused landing pages. You'll design layouts, implement them in WordPress, build interactive tools, and continuously optimize based on performance data.You'll work in two-week sprints in a highly AI-driven environment, leveraging tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality standards.Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 2-5 years of WordPress design and development experience with a B2B portfolio where every detail shows care. You're proficient with the WordPress ecosystem (Gutenberg, themes, plugins), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic PHP, and translating Figma designs into clean, responsive implementations with strong CRO and SEO practices. You're a well-rounded web designer who both designs and builds—self-directed enough to originate designs from scratch or execute rough ideas without hand-holding. You think in feedback loops: analyze performance data, spot issues, implement changes, measure impact. You build websites so professional that visitors immediately trust the company. You're proactive, lean more design than development, and use AI to amplify your judgment rather than replace it.You'll be part of the Marketing pod within our Go-to-Market (GTM) tribe. You’ll collaborate with Designers, Developers, Marketers, and BI team members. This position reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager.You’ll be doing things like:Creative Design Leadership: Conceptualizing stunning landing page designs that signal a polished, credible company; transforming rough ideas into strong visual designs without being spoon-fed specifications; creating Figma and Figma Make prototypes that balance aesthetics with conversion; applying interaction design and CRO principles; designing responsive, mobile-first experiences across four brand properties; maintaining brand consistency while giving each property distinct visual identityWordPress Development & Implementation: Building pixel-perfect WordPress pages from approved designs; configuring hosting environments and page layouts; selecting and customizing plugins and themes (including Gutenberg block editor); writing PHP for WordPress customizations and custom scripts for pop-ups, forms, and interactive elements; managing domain and DNS configurations; ensuring clean, maintainable code following WordPress standardsData-Driven Optimization & SEO: Analyzing analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior to identify conversion opportunities; instrumenting tracking; running A/B tests and implementing improvements based on results; advising on and building SEO-friendly front-end architecture and site structure; ensuring technical SEO fundamentals (page speed, mobile optimization, semantic HTML) are built in; demonstrating measurable impact from your optimizationsTechnical Problem-Solving & Integrations: Building interactive tools like ROI calculators; integrating third-party systems via APIs; extending WordPress functionality beyond standard plugins; collaborating with Developers when requirements exceed WordPress capabilities; troubleshooting independently; deciding pragmatically between existing solutions and custom buildsAgile Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Delivering sprint velocity commitments in two-week cycles; partnering with Product Managers, Marketers, Designers, and BI teams; leveraging AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make) to accelerate delivery; iterating on feedback; owning your work from concept through deployment; contributing realistic estimates and creative solutions to sprint planningSkills & Qualifications2-5 years of prior experience in roles like WordPress Designer, Front-End Developer, Landing Page Designer, Web Designer/Developer for B2B SaaS, Digital Designer, or relatedStrong portfolio demonstrating B2B landing page design where every detail shows careProficiency with Figma or Figma Make for design prototyping and responsive, mobile-first web designProven WordPress ecosystem experience: themes, plugins, page builders (especially Gutenberg), hosting, and configurationFront-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic PHP, and basic custom scripting for interactive elementsData-driven optimization approach: use analytics, heatmaps, and call-to-action data to improve conversion rates with measurable resultsSelf-directed and creative—can transform rough ideas into refined designs without detailed directionProactive attitude: naturally spots ways to enhance designs, user experience, and conversion performanceExperience collaborating with marketing teams to develop and optimize websitesFamiliarity with SEO best practices, AI-assisted workflows (ChatGPT, Claude Code, Copilot), and sprint-based deliveryBonus if you also have:Track record building custom WordPress plugins or themes from scratchExperience with animations, motion design, or tools like SplineDeep expertise in DNS setup, hosting configurations, and WordPress infrastructureBackground in SaaS, product-led growth companies, or telematics/fleet managementFamiliarity with our tools: WordPress Gutenberg, Figma, Figma Make, Zoho Sprints, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Claude CodePosition DetailsWorking Hours: 6 hours of required overlap (8AM-2PM Eastern Time), with remaining 2 hours asynchronousEmployment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week). Exclusivity required.Education: Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experienceLevel: Upper-Junior (~2 years of relevant work experience), Intermediate (3-5 years)Compensation: ~CAD $1,220–1,430 (IDR 14.5M–17M)/month, based on experience and region.
