RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEIn this role you will be responsible for supporting the activation and distribution of the whole Bacardi product portfolio in the On Trade channel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the local Distributor Field Sales and multiple operating teams to lead and deliver the agreed activation plan at customer level. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products are always available, visible, attractive, recommended, and served perfectly every time . The successful candidate should be capable to identify new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate in creative ways with our partners, and execute programmes to create value for the business and our customers. Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the top ON-Trade customersEnsure shoppers find our Brands in the right outlets in the On TradeNegotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targetsYou will look for new outlets to ensure our brands are where our consumers buyDrive value share growth for our brands in the On-Trade ChannelSKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACYOperating at pace and being able to multitask effectively, combined with a passion to develop, are all essential skills needed to excel within this role.
You will also need:
