G. B. C. ) and/or coming from external entities.
Responsible to validate/approve the first level of Quality Control on the above-mentioned samples Responsible to guarantee the required level of calibration/performances for the laboratory instruments using the proficiency tests to evaluate it, with regular reporting of the results to the SQS manager.
When required the Lab Technician will require the external intervention for a specific maintenance Responsible to propose the eventual evolution of the Proficiency Tests to adapt these to the laboratory activity evolution Responsible for the evolution of all sample preparation methods/techniques to ensure the best efficiency of these as well as the possible application at shop floor level. The eventually investment proposal linked with this activity is also in the responsibility of the role. Responsible to support the shop floor quality control guaranteeing that the instrument calibration is regularly made.
When required will propose the appropriate correction and follow up the execution. Propose, with reference to the quality plan. the eventual analytical/sensorial checks modification or new introduction to ensure the constant adaptation of the controls to the required quality level Collaborate with the Lab Senior Technician for the Sensorial Panelist performances check (spiking program) and follow-up together with the eventual re-training in case of failures Collaborate with the Laboratory Senior Technician for the proposal, on yearly basis, of an adequate budget to ensure the correct day-to-day laboratory functionality.
