About us: Bacchus is a creative agency offering public relations, production, and social media services to inspirational brands across the breadth of the luxury lifestyle sector.
Female-founded and headquartered in London, the agency has offices in New York City, Miami, and the GCC, with a global network of partners. What you’ll do: Lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality stay on track. Coordinate between clients, creatives, and vendors to keep everyone aligned. Solve problems fast and keep the team motivated under pressure. Oversee events with an eye for detail and efficiency. Oversee live event production, fashion shows, exhibitions, dinners, and experiential events. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a producer (agency, production company, events, or similar).
At least 10+ years of experience. Strong organisational and communication skills. An extensive network of suppliers and other freelancers. A knack for juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball. Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused. Experience with budgets, schedules, client and vendor management.
