A Brief OverviewA Sr. Administrative Assistant offers essential support to individuals, teams, departments, or groups within the organization. They gather, review, and analyze data, create reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials using Microsoft tools like Word and Excel, or specialized software. They regularly assist in the management of both the Team Member and Customer Experience, and other tactical activities for the site. What You Will DoManage customer experience by greeting customers and vendors and directing them to sign in upon arrival.
Contact site management immediately upon arrival of inspection agenciesWrite meeting agendas and minutesIssue badges to new hires, team members, and contractors following developed processesSupport the New Hire Experience (taking photos, paperwork, etc. )Send birthday & anniversary cards.
Use SAP for processing all purchase orders (POs)Monitor leadership calendarsManage internal and external mailingsManage / order supplies for the site including items for conference roomsMaintain snacks and drinks for Customer and Team Member ExperiencePrepare and post information to Bachnet and vision boardsOrganize vendors for events, order lunches for customer visits, new hires, and on-site meetingsSet up service requests for admin teams or main office building areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentRequires 5-7 years of related experience supporting multiple functions within an organization. Excellent written/oral communication skillsStrong negotiating skills, advising management, planning skills and the ability to represent the company.
Ability to work with diverse cultures and teams, teamworkStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
