Back-End Developer – Ruby on Rails

🚀 Your Responsibilities:As a back-end Ruby on Rails developer, you will play a key role in the evolution of our SaaS product. You’ll work closely with our tech, product, and data teams to build scalable, robust, and efficient solutions.Your main tasks:Develop and maintain back-end microservices (Ruby on Rails)Contribute to technical design: architecture, scalability, performanceAdapt and deploy our solution for specific client use casesDesign reusable data processing and analysis modelsPromote engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, CI/CD🧰 Tech Stack:🔧 Core technologiesBack-end: Ruby on Rails, PythonDatabases: PostgreSQL (ideally also Neo4J, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, TerraformCI/CD & Tools: GitLab CI, Bash, SSH👤 Your Profile:Significant experience in back-end development, ideally on a SaaS product in productionSolid skills in Ruby on Rails, or strong motivation to specialize in itGood knowledge of database systems, development best practices, and performance optimizationExperience or interest in systems, DevOps, and possibly front-endStructured, rigorous mindset with a strong product cultureExcellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical teamsFluency in French is a big advantage
