We’re hiring a Backend Engineer with strong logic, structured coding habits, and production-grade experience in Java Spring Boot and AWS.Work Setup:Position: Full-TimeLocation: Mayapada Tower 1, JakartaWorking Days: Monday to FridayResponsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring BootDevelop RESTful APIs and microservices for large-scale distributed systemsBuild APIs and microservices following SOLID and DRY principlesOptimize system performance and ensure reliability in production environmentsDeploy, monitor, and optimize performance within AWS environmentsCollaborate with frontend, product, and data teams to ensure functional alignmentParticipate in code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable design practicesRequirements:3–5 years experience in backend development using Java Spring BootProficiency with AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of database design, caching, and API optimizationClear reasoning and structured problem-solving in debugging and optimizationCommitment to architectural clarity and maintainable systemsAnalytical debugging and structured problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with microservices, security, and DevOps workflows
