Your role will encompass all phases of development, including requirements analysis, system architecture, software design, integration, and product documentation. Our team is primarily focused on the development of a UC (User Communication) system called iPECS-ONE, which provides calling, messaging, and collaboration services. We are particularly looking for a backend engineer with experience in LLM, Generative AI, and RAG development for AI agent initiatives.You Will Bring:New graduate or 2+ years of experience in software developmentRequired Competencies:Development and operation of agent systems using LLM modelsExperience in developing and operating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based modelsGenerative AI chatbot service development experienceProficiency in Node.js/Docker, open-source analysis & debugging, Linux, and databases (backend)Preferred Qualifications:Experience: New graduate or up to 2 years' professional experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherExperience with Generative AI, RAG, and AI service platformsProgramming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, PythonPreferred domain expertise: Open API, diverse open-source libraries/frameworks, database management and optimization, DockerWeb platform development experience (Node.js)Experience with RDBMS such as MySQLGit version control experienceEnglish: Business-level communication skills
