Our client is seeking aPromotion Assistant. You will be a key support player, helping to bring their brand promotions to life for the Irish market in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoCampaign Help: Work with the Promotion Manager to run daily marketing activities, both online (digital) and offline (physical).Digital Content: Help plan social media posts, write short ads or announcements, and keep the company's website and channels updated.Event Planning: Help arrange small events, like trade shows or in-store activities, mainly around Dublin.Organising Work: Keep track of all promotional items, manage project schedules, and make sure all team paperwork is correct and current.Track Results: Check how well campaigns are doing (like how many people engage on social media) and help put together simple reports.Team Contact: Be the main point person for other teams (like Sales and Design) and outside companies to keep projects moving smoothly.Organized: You're great at keeping track of details and managing your time well.Communicator: You can speak and write clearly and professionally.Tech Savvy: You know how to use basic computer programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs/Sheets).Social Media Knowledge: You understand how to use platforms like Instagram for a business, not just personally.Attitude: You have a positive, can-do approach and are happy to help with different tasks.Flexible: You can work well by yourself when remote and play well with the team in the office.A Plus: Any experience or a school background (degree/course) in Marketing or Communications is a bonus!
