Role Summary: The Back-Office Executive will manage daily operations related to client onboarding and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing client applications and conducting KYC checks, processing client deposits and withdrawals, monitoring account activities, and preparing reconciliation reports. You will collaborate closely with compliance and audit teams while supporting smooth global operations. The position is based in our Dubai office.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities: Perform daily monetary routines including processing clients’ deposits and withdrawal requests and regularly reconcile and update records accordingly. Reviewing and verifying client financial details and transaction records to ensure compliance with AML requirements. Conduct risk assessment of client monetary transactions to identify potential fraud and other related issues and take necessary actions.

Assist in maintaining smooth global operations of the team and actively participate in cross department collaboration. Liaise with external money processors and banks to handle transaction issues and disputes. Effective implementation of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients. Work closely with compliance and internal audit departments, and prepare various regulatory reports related to back-office. Preparation of daily reconciliation reports. What We Require From You: Degree or related qualification in Accounting/Finance will be considered an advantage At least 1 year experience in financial services industry.

Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel and Word. Experience in client onboarding and payment processing. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and Mitrade’s trading platform. Strong sense of integrity. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Any additional language will be considered an advantage.

You will also need to possess A university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning; or a diploma certificate or lower with at least 7 years of experience in the same areas. Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields along with any of the following certifications: • Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA) Certified Investment Professional (CIP) Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) Financial Risk Manager (FRM) ICA Specialist Certificate in Conduct Risk Working Hours:

Ability to rotate morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis. Flexibility to work weekends and Public holidays on a rotation basis.
