You’ll work closely with product, AI, and design teams to bring the freelancer journey to life — from onboarding → assessments → projects → payments.You’ll architect and implement backend services, integrate AI workflows, and ensure performance and reliability across the platform.What You’ll DoBuild core services for onboarding, assessments, notifications, projects, and payments.Develop AI-powered features like semantic search, AI interviews, and fraud detection using ML pipelines.Design scalable architectures using Java / Golang / Python, with caching, queues, and robust APIs.Work with databases — Postgres/MySQL (relational), MongoDB/DynamoDB (NoSQL), and VectorDBs for semantic search.Deploy and maintain infrastructure using AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Infra-as-Code, and CI/CD.Implement observability — logging, monitoring, and alerting via Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences.What We’re Looking ForStrong programming skills in Java, Golang, or Python.Experience with distributed systems, caching, and message queues.Proficiency with Postgres/MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB, and optionally VectorDBs.Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with AI-integrated systems (semantic search, ML-based workflows, or automation) is a plus.Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills.Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to build high-impact products.Why Deccan AI?🚀 Impact: Shape how freelancers work and get paid — globally.🧠 Innovation: Build systems that merge AI with real-world workflows.⚙️ Challenge: Tackle distributed systems and large-scale architecture problems.💡 Growth: Learn, lead, and evolve in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.At Deccan AI, you’ll build the backbone of an AI-native freelancer platform that’s changing how talent connects with opportunity.
