Job Description

You will make an impact in the following way: Further development and maintenance of our network security solution macmon NAC, continuously enhancing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the platform to ensure robust security, high availability, and seamless integration with existing IT infrastructureIndependently implement customer-specific developments by translating client requirements into tailored software solutionsTake ownership of software projects from concept through deployment, ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for both internal teams and clients, and implement systematic testing and validation processes to guarantee quality and reliabilityConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices, providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality, maintainability, and performanceWhat you will bring: Education – Degree in computer science or comparable professional trainingExperience – 2+ years of experience in application software developmentTech stack – Excellent knowledge of Java programming (Java 8+), practical experience with multithreading, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, REST architecture and API communicationFrameworks & tools – Eclipse or IntelliJ and Git and solid knowledge of MySQL, proficient use of the Linux command lineNetworking – Experience in network management (VLAN, IP, SNMP, MIB) is a big plusPersonality – Detail-oriented, passionate about creating scalable solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsLanguage proficiency – Fluency in English and German (at least C1)Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
