Backend Developer (Spring Boot + AI Automation)Salary up-to BDT 60,000/-Location: Remote (Bangladesh)We’re looking for a Backend Developer skilled in Spring Boot, AWS, and AI automation to help us build intelligent, real-time backend systems powered by OpenAI Realtime APIs, Spring AI, and Twilio.You’ll be responsible for creating advanced AI-driven communication systems, conversational automation, and agentic AI solutions that power real-time interactions — including phone-based voice agents.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of backend engineering and artificial intelligence.Responsibilities: 🔸Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and AWS. 🔸Integrate OpenAI APIs, including Realtime API, for real-time conversational capabilities. 🔸Implement and orchestrate AI workflows using Spring AI. 🔸Build AI-powered phone calling systems and voice automation using Twilio and OpenAI Realtime APIs. 🔸Design and manage RESTful APIs and WebSocket connections for real-time communication. 🔸Collaborate closely with frontend teams (ReactJS / Flutter) to integrate backend AI features. 🔸Ensure performance, security, and reliability across backend components.Qualifications & Required Skills✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.✅ Minimum 1 year of experience with Java & Spring Boot.✅ Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, JPA, Security, WebSocket).✅ Experience with OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, Realtime, or Embeddings).✅ Hands-on experience using Spring AI for integrating LLMs and AI-driven workflows.✅ Good understanding of AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS).✅ Familiarity with LLM integration and Agentic AI development.✅ Experience working with Twilio or similar communication APIs.Nice to Have💡 Frontend experience with ReactJS or Flutter.💡 Experience with voice AI (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech).💡 Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.💡 Understanding of real-time streaming and AI orchestration concepts.Why Join Us 🔸Work on next-generation AI automation and voice technologies. 🔸Collaborate with a passionate, innovative, and fast-growing team. 🔸Flexible remote work culture and global exposure. 🔸Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.What We Offer: 🔸100% Remote work flexibility. 🔸9 AM – 5 PM work schedule, with 2 weekly holidays (Saturday & Sunday). 🔸Friendly and collaborative team environment. 🔸Opportunities to grow your backend and cloud infrastructure skills. 🔸Involvement in modern software engineering practices.Salary:Around ৳60,000 BDT/month (based on experience and skillset).
