Backend Developer Trainee

We’re looking for a Trainee Backend Developer who’s passionate about building reliable systems and solving real problems, not just writing code.You’ll work on the backend that powers our applications, managing data flow between the server and frontend, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and ExpressDesign and manage APIs that connect backend logic with the frontendHandle data storage, processing, and retrieval from databasesWork closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth data communicationDebug, optimize, and improve performance of backend systemsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeQualificationsStrong problem-solving and programming skills and ability to think logically and find efficient solutions, not just write syntax (no vibe coding)Basic knowledge of Problem Solving Programming Understanding of API communication and JSON-based data flowFamiliarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar)Eagerness to learn, explore new tools, and improve through feedbackAbility to work collaboratively and take ownership of small projectsBonous PointsFamiliarity with game engines and game development (defold for extra points)Knowledge of hosting, deployment, or server managementNote: Bonus points are not a requirement.BenifitsFlexible work hoursDirect experience working with foreign brands and clientsHands-on experience on real, live projectsMentorship and guidance from experienced developersSpace to experiment, learn, and grow fast
