Backend Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend services to power next-generation Web3 applications. You will play a key role in maintaining stable system operations, researching industry solutions, and driving innovation in blockchain technology. This position is ideal for experienced backend engineers who are passionate about clean code, large-scale systems, and the future of decentralized technologiesResponsibilitiesDesign and develop centralised backend services for Web3 applicationsMaintain existing services, ensuring stable daily operations and handling unexpected issuesConduct research and track industry solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with minimum 3 years of work experience. Strong coding skills with solid knowledge of common algorithms and data structuresProficient programming ability and a strong sense of clean, high-quality codeExpertise in Java and experience in architecting and developing large-scale applications; experience with Node.js/TypeScript is a plusFamiliarity with smart contract development and deployment processes, with an understanding of security vulnerabilities and secure coding practices preferredExperience working in a Linux development environmentKnowledge of common methods for performance optimization of large-scale web systemsStrong communication, teamwork, and self-motivation; a passion for continuous technical advancementProfessional-level Chinese proficiency for seamless stakeholder communicationStrong interest in blockchain technology is a plus
