If you are passionate about technology and eager to grow, join us in shaping Shopee’s recommender system.Job DescriptionDesign and develop Shopee’s core backend recommendation systems to support fast product and business iteration.Optimize online serving engines, recall/ranking modules, and offline data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.Contribute to reusable system components and services for Shopee’s centralized recommendation platform.Research industry trends in recommendation and backend technologies, and apply innovative ideas to business challenges.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields。Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems.Proficiency in C++/Golang/Python, with experience in Linux environments.Interest in distributed systems, high-concurrency architectures, and scalable backend design.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
