This new role is a senior leadership position within BAFTA and is responsible for overseeingthe account management and delivery team and strategy.
This role focuses on driving client satisfaction and retention by developing and implementing strategies, building a high performing team focused on business outputs, and reporting on performance to the executive team and the Board. You will be excellent at building and maintaining senior external relationships built on trust, credibility and integrity. Internally, you will be able to drive a solutions mind-set to ensure BAFTAs commercial partners have a world class and industry leading experience. Critically, you will be results orientated, ensuring we deliver innovative marketing solutions for existing brand partners to support our overall growth aspirations.
We are seeking a Head of Account Management that has strategic thinking and planning skills – as you will be ensuring that our current partners experience the highest levels of engagement at all touchpoints. You will ensure your team are structured, adopt best in class ROI tools as well as an ambition to activate beyond the standard events calendar.
