You will be responsible for providing technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring an efficient IT experience within the organization. Full-time position On-site (Modi'in) Perform onboarding for new employees:
create user accounts, assign licenses, configure devices, enforce MFA, and ensure access to relevant systems and applications. Execute offboarding procedures: disable accounts, revoke access, archive mailboxes and data, and wipe corporate devices via Intune when applicable. Manage servers Active Directory (AD), support hybrid environment (cloud + on-premises) including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Monitor system performance and maintain systems as per requirements. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve outages. Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models. Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of 365/Microsoft environment management and system troubleshooting. Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs. Proficiency in supporting end-user devices and remote connectivity. Ability to document processes and maintain compliance with IT policies. Knowledge in firewall and network - advantage
