5+ years in data management, data analytics, or business analysis—ideally within finance, asset management, or investment operations. Technical Skills: Familiar with data platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, Denodo, and tools like Tableau. Knowledge of Python or Excel macros is a strong plus. Process & Delivery: Experience with SDLC or Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-driven, and naturally curious. You enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in building efficient, scalable systems. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with traders, engineers, and external data providers.
What You’ll DoCollaborate with business users and data engineers to design and implement data solutions that meet their governance and operational standards. Conduct requirements gathering, lead UAT, and monitor the performance of data products in production. Manage vendor relationships and ensure continuous support for both existing and emerging data needs. Set up and improve data quality frameworks and operational SLAs, driving transparency and accountability. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
