Job Description

1. Strategic HR Leadership• Partner with executive and senior leaders to shape HR strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment. • Translate corporate strategies into actionable HR plans that address workforce planning, succession, and capability building. • Influence decision-making by providing people-related insights and workforce analytics. 2. Talent & Leadership Development• Lead strategic workforce planning to anticipate business needs and prepare the right talent pipeline. • Drive leadership development programs, coaching, and mentoring to strengthen management capability. • Oversee succession planning for critical roles, ensuring readiness of high-potential employees. 3.

Organizational Culture & Engagement• Champion initiatives to reinforce the Bank’s values and Islamic banking ethos across all levels. • Lead engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. • Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity. 4. Performance & Reward Management• Guide senior managers through the performance management process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Partner with the Rewards team to support the annual salary review, bonus allocation, and recognition programs. • Monitor fairness, market competitiveness, and compliance with CBB’s remuneration regulations. 5. Employee Relations & Compliance• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely and legally compliant resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, Bahrain Labour Law, CBB requirements, and Sharia principles. • Lead investigations and advise on disciplinary and grievance cases at senior levels. 6. HR Analytics & Reporting• Deliver quarterly and annual HR dashboards with actionable insights to senior leadership. • Use workforce metrics to track progress on KPIs, identify trends, and recommend strategic interventions. Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Professional certification (e. g. , CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) strongly preferred.

• 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or senior HR advisory role within the banking or financial sector. • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR outcomes. • In-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, CBB regulations, and Sharia-compliant HR practices.
