RMG - Intern

As an RMG Intern at BCT, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support the Resource Management Group in managing and optimizing the utilization of the company's resources.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining accurate associate information and project requirements in the Resource Management systemSupport the Resource Management team in matching available associates with project needsAssist in tracking and reporting the utilization of resourcesParticipate in team meetings and provide updates on resource assignmentsCollaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and resource availabilityContribute to the improvement of resource management processes and toolsSupport the Resource Management team in other administrative tasks as neededRequirementsPursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work at least 20 hours per weekLocations:
