Baidu MediaGo is a global advertising platform for advertisers and agencies. Via Baidu AI technology, we enable advertisers the ability to tap into a global, premium media ecosystem by partnering with the biggest publishers such as Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft, Reddit, Apple etc.

Job Description and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new clients and partnershipsDevelop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, including conducting regular check-ins and managing their expectationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met and that projects are completed on time and within budgetConduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform business development strategiesPrepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners to pitch services and solutionsNegotiate and close deals with clients and partners, including contracts and pricing agreementsProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress toward revenue targetsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in programmatic advertising industryProven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients and partnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform business decisionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindsetWillingness to travel as needed
