Partner with the bestThe Scheduling and Competency Specialist ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements, personnel competence levels and personnel availability. As a Scheduling and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for: Short, mid & long-term personnel & competency forecastingSupport SDC’s & Shop Foreman in strategic crew planning with assigned competencies.
Lead visas / work permits application processObtain and issue check-ins / correspond with client logisticsBeing responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services related to technical training & competency for WirelineEnsuring system competency & scheduling complianceManaging rotation schedules according to client expectation and helicopter availabilityTraining Co-ordinationCoordinate all required docs for the 3rd party personnel travel to support the operationEnsure maximum field personnel utilisationPossible participation in hiring of contingent workforce and ensuring competency compliance. Support SDC’s and Shop Foreman to track field holidays, absences, competencies and career progressionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityHave a 7 years of field experienceHave experience in planning, scheduling, or related rolesHave proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiativesHave strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Have in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and servicesDemonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
