Partner with the bestAs a Mud Logger – Advanced Gas, you will be working on the geological analysis of the North Sea real time during drilling operations. Experience with advanced gas chromatography is extremely desirable as Baker Hughes are seeing significant growth in this area. In this role you will be:

Working under minimal supervision provides direct instruction and supervise on to junior Field Engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities. Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate. Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s)and/or service(s). Evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor (where appropriate), local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met. Acting as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers.

Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism. Executing other related duties as assigned. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Surface Logging Systems applications at the well site. Expected to work in challenging drilling and logging environments and to provide complex solutions to the Customer. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Hold a Technical Degree. Demonstrate industry experience in a similar position.
