Job Description

We are looking for a financial services professional with strong analytical experience in the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) domain to strengthen our presence in Sweden.In this role, you will work on client projects related to the FIS Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) solution, supported by our internal experts and training. While direct experience with BSM is not required, familiarity with ALM concepts and financial modelling is essential. You’ll contribute to both technical and business aspects of projects, including installations, configurations, ETL processes, and financial modelling in areas such as interest rate and liquidity risk. Additionally, you’ll play a role in pre-sales activities and participate in discovery calls with prospective and existing clients, helping to shape solutions that meet their needs.We are also interested in experience with related domains and modules, such as IFRS9 Impairment, Funds Transfer Pricing, Hedge Accounting, Market Risk, and Regulatory Reporting.ALM Partners is the leading BSM expert in Finland, with a longstanding partnership with the solution vendor FIS. We offer a community of likeminded professionals and a strong internal support framework to help you succeed.What we are looking for:You have 3–5+ years of experience as an analyst in the ALM domain, working with bank balance sheets, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk modelling.You have strong SQL skills and experience working with ETL processes.You are a creative problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement.You are comfortable working independently in client environments and have strong communication skills.You can work both on-site at the client’s premises or remotely.You are able to support pre-sales activities and discovery calls with prospective and existing customers.You can work in both English and Swedish.Experience with BSM or similar ALM systems is considered a plus, but not a requirement. Compensation is based on experience, up to 75,000 SEK per month.Our work community of over 200 employees is relaxed and close-knit.
