Tirana OverviewThe Business Analyst is a highly analytical and results-driven professional that supports strategic decision-making by modeling business plans, analyzing company budgets, and identifying discrepancies and cross-company synergies. Main Responsibilities: Business Plan & Business Modelling: Prepare business cases and investment proposals with ROI and breakeven analyses for new and existing projects and initiatives. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess project viability and risk exposure. Collaborate with PMs to gather business assumptions and translate them into quantifiable models. Budget Review, Synergy Identification & Efficiency Analysis: Review annual budget submissions from BALFIN Group companies.

Investigate the root causes of budget variances and propose corrective actions to increase efficiency and generate cost savings. Identify duplications, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Propose and evaluate initiatives such as shared services, centralized procurement, or standardization of processes. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on analytical findings. RequirementsCompetencies and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, business informatics or management consulting.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in financial analysis tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus. Experience reviewing and interpreting financial statements and budgets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
