Your MissionThe main sales officers' missions are to hire and onboard new promoters and set proper plans for the acquisition process of new drivers. Main Responsibilities Acquiring, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new promoters. Following up to achieve the monthly target of the drivers' acquisition and sign-up, activation rates. Assist in developing the acquisition plans on a daily basis. Track the acquisition reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Following up and achieving branding targets and distributing as instructed. Provide the required research from the streets and make field visits.
Overseeing the promoters, checking their performance, and planning to make initiatives to improve it. Checking the acquired driver's documents on a daily basis. Other duties as assigned by the line manager. Job Requirements BA in business administration, management, economics, or similar fields. At least 1-2 years of professional experience working with the private sector in a similar position. Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft Office). Fluency in Arabic language; English language is an asset. Good knowledge of the city streets and areas. Management skills and capacity to train the new joiners.
