About The RoleWe are seeking a Growth Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across our commercial, marketing, and CRM functions. You will analyze user behavior, optimize growth funnels, and provide actionable insights to enhance acquisition, retention, and monetization.

This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with business acumen. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user funnels (acquisition → activation → retention → monetization) to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Conduct cohort analyses to measure retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Support CRM campaigns by building user segments, tracking performance, and reporting ROI. Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns and evaluate efficiency. Track and report on growth KPIs, including CAC, unit economics, conversion rates, and extra rides. Build automated dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Provide analytical support for partnership alignment and business development initiatives.

RequirementsProven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in tech, marketing, or growth-focused teams. Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and Python (data collection, analysis, visualization). Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Solid understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and funnels. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail. Nice to HaveExperience or interest in ride-hailing, marketplaces, or ecommerce businesses. Marketing analytics or CRM campaign measurement experience.
