Your MissionWe are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our infrastructure team and help scale, stabilize, and automate our systems. This role is essential to ensuring the reliability of our platform, supporting our dev and QA teams, and driving continuous improvement across deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor infrastructure health and respond to production incidents to ensure system uptimeEnhance system observability using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki Participate in the on-call rotation and manage incident escalation workflowsCollaborate with engineering teams to support releases, improve reliability, and reduce downtimeBuild automation scripts and tools to reduce repetitive operational tasksDeploy and maintain microservices in staging and production environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues in pre-production and live environmentsMust-Have QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering Working knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs Scripting experience in Python or BashSolid understanding of Linux system administration Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflowsFamiliarity with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Jaeger)Experience managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Nice to HaveExperience supporting microservices or distributed systems Background in cloud-native tools and modern deployment architecturesKnowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
