We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, content creation, and community engagement for a client. The role is highly creative but also strategic, requiring empathy and understanding of the sensitive nature of fertility conversations. Part-Time (~40 hours per month) + opportunity to grow to more hoursFully remote positionRemote: IST working hoursMonthly Starting Salary: $320+ (flexible and depending on experience)What You’ll Do: Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Later. Create visuals (brand assets provided) and write engaging captions with CTAs and hashtags. Repurpose content efficiently across platformsStories & Real-Time Content:
Post original, interactive Stories (polls, tips, countdowns, behind-the-scenes, etc. ), not just reshared content. Monitor and respond to audience interactions in real timeCommunity Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs professionally. Engage with relevant accounts (clinics, influencers, partners) and join trending fertility-related conversations to increase visibilityCollaboration & Partner Tagging: Coordinate with speakers, clinics, and sponsors to align messaging and boost reach via tags and collab postsReporting & Insights: Submit monthly reports on engagement, audience growth, top posts, and improvement recommendationsTone & Tools: Ensure content is empathetic, inclusive, and accurateWhat We're Looking For:
