Bancassurance Advisor

OverviewThe Bancassurance Advisor is responsible for providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investing in the future, saving for education, and life insurance protection. The successful candidate will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customised financial proposals. This role reports to the Team Lead, Banca Advisor.Functional (job responsibilities)Attend to walk-in Priority Banking customers on various banking transaction needs and resolving problems/complaints within specified TAT & accuratelyHandle customer enquiries, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionShare information on Campaign or current promotion with customers & cross sell products such as Credit Card, SMF, etcSales referral to RMs on PB upgrade and investment products. (ensure comply to NCNS policy – ONLY perform referral, unless FIMM/IPPC/BANCA license has been obtained)Check through documents/forms submitted by RMs to ensure compliance requirements (AML / FATCA & CRS / FEAR) are met.Perform call back to customers on confirmation of sales and banking transactionResponsible for the upkeep of the Priority Banking Center (PBC) and ensuring all facilities, equipment and stationaries are sufficiently provided.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system to ensure all important documentation is organised and up-to-date.Education/QualificationDegree holder in Finance or other related field.CFP certification is a plus.Experience3 years and above relevant experience in a financial institution.Special SkillsWorking proficiency level for written and spoken communication skills.Knowledge of the latest products, trends and benefits in the industry.What’s next?Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
