Description: Trading StrategiesAssists in Formulate, develop innovative trading strategies that are in line with Organization’s strategic goals. Assist in ensuring optimal execution of trading strategies within the organization’s risk policies. Trading Assist in growing the Trading unit. Tactical trading in Rates/ Credit, Equity, FX, and Commodities to achieve budgeted targets and maximize opportunities. Build organization’s trading capabilities including but not limited to: Participate in trading transactions to verify their accuracy and ensure that they are within risk appetite of the organization.
Business CollaborationWork closely with Treasury Customer Solution team in building and delivering trading solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Work in pricing and development of a wide variety of products and operate across different platforms in local and regional markets. Participate in introducing new trading instruments and services to increase revenue for the bank. Assist in trading and counterparties relationships. Internal Business processesAssist in ensuring that the fixed income and other trading pricing calculators are correct and updated. Adherence to policies & procedures, code of conduct and risk guidelines.
Learning and GrowthMaintain advance knowledge of accounting and regulatory (BASEL) guidelines, which have an impact on Trading activity. Keep abreast with all developments in the financial markets. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant field. Experience4 years and above of experience in relevant fields. SkillsGlobal Markets: Deep understanding of the financial markets and trading techniques/ strategies. Understand correlation in the rates, credit, commodities, and FX markets. Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and charting Skills. Decision Making: Ability to make quick decisions.
